影响高频红外碳硫分析仪结果的方方面面

1、助熔剂的加入量

影响分析结果稳定性的另一个因素是助熔剂的加入量,在分析低含量样品时该影响非常突出。例如分析碳硫含量小于15ppm的样品时,分别加入1.5g与2g助熔剂(助熔剂中C≤8ppm,S≤5ppm),因为助熔剂的加入量通常不参与分析结果计算,因此两次分析之间就引入了0.5g助熔剂所含碳硫量的波动。假定助熔剂中碳硫含量均为3ppm,样品称样量为0.5g,由于助熔剂的加入量不同 就引入了3ppm的偏差。

分析过程中灰尘的积累所造成的吸附也是影响分析结果稳定性的重要因素,该影响在分析低含量样品时尤为明显。例如在分析硅铁时,一般采用的方法是:0.2g锡+0.2g样品+0.5g纯铁+1.5g钨粒,由于锡粒的加入,燃烧时产生的灰尘较大。经过20次样品分析后,硫的结果比第一次分析结果偏低2ppm以上,随着分析次数的增加,此偏差越来越大。而彻底清除过滤器中灰尘后,分析结果与第一次分析结果一致。
